Paley Nabs First Mustang Challenge Win in Road America Opener
SAM PALEY, No. 26 Southern Paley Motorsports LLC Ford Mustang Dark Horse R (DH) – “The McCumbee McAleer Racing crew gave me a great car. I should have won here back in 2021, and I’ve been waiting to win here ever since. I know exactly what you need to do to win at this track, even though I hadn’t done it. I just went out there and executed it with a great car. We had really good long pace and got lucky with some yellows. It was a really good day. I’m really happy to get my first Mustang Challenge win and the first for the crew as well. I couldn’t be happier. This is exactly what we wanted to do, and we went out there and did it.”

He will share the front row with Connor Zilisch (No. 72 Hixon Motor Sports) for Thursday’s Round 13 race, the first half of a championship-deciding double-header with $250,000 on the line.
