Paley Motorsport is owned and operated by professional race car driver and coach, Sam Paley. Sam has been racing since the age of 6 and is currently a Ford Performance Junior Driver. Over the years, Sam has gained experience in go-karting, formula cars, and sports cars. Before moving to cars, Sam won multiple go-karting championships. Sam competed in the IMSA Mazda MX-5 Cup, winning the Rookie of the Year Championship in 2021 and obtaining multiple podium finishes and pole positions.
Sam has also participated in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, IMSA Mustang Challenge, Mustang Challenge Le Mans Invitational, and Formula 4 United States Championship. Paley is an IMSA Mustang Challenge multi-time race winner and multi-time Mustang Challenge Le Mans Invitational podium sitter. Sam is a graduate of the Skip Barber Racing School and has driving experience at almost every level in the sports car racing paddock. In addition to his racing experience, Sam also graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in Professional Sales and Marketing.
Sam’s primary focus with Paley Motorsport is to leverage his existing knowledge, experience, and network to spur driver development and career progression. Paley Motorsport strives to advance aspiring race car drivers through the racing ladder and assist them in reaching their career goals within the racing industry.

Based in Sebring, FL at the Sebring Motor Garages, Paley Motorsport operates out of a state-of-the-art facility built in 2025 just one mile from Sebring International Raceway, the busiest racetrack in America.
Paley Motorsport’s goal is simple: to help drivers improve, have fun, move up the ranks of motorsport, and most importantly, win races and take home hardware. This motivation is intrinsic to every individual that wears the team shirt.
Driver development is at the forefront of Paley Motorsport’s priorities. Whether you are a young aspiring driver looking to advance through the ranks or got your start in racing at a later age, our intent is to help you learn and make you better.
This includes substantial data analysis and comparison, one-on-one and group video review, post-session and pre-session debriefs, comprehensive evaluations, and instilling successful mindsets and mental frameworks in all drivers.
Ford Performance offers THE best ladder system in the United States, and Ford Performance’s pyramid of driver progression is the ONLY one to feature the same car, the Mustang, at all levels. Paley Motorsport works closely with Ford Performance to ensure drivers are fully taking advantage of the resources available to them.
Our at-track services include driver coaching programs, acclimation tests, car rental, transportation, trackside support, and hospitality for all drivers and guests.
Through extensive driver coaching and development, Sam and Paley Motorsport aim to make drivers the best version of themselves. Sam’s main focus is maximizing driver performance on the track, as well as cultivating professionalism and maturity off the track. Paley Motorsport aims to instill good driving fundamentals, techniques, mindsets, and strategies that are correlated and relevant weekend to weekend. Developing a good foundation and being able to carry and bolster that foundation throughout a racing season is pivotal.
