Sam Paley has been racing since the age of 6. Over the years, Sam has gained experience in go-karting, formula cars, and sports cars. Before moving to cars, Sam won multiple go-karting championships. Sam has competed in the IMSA Mazda MX-5 Cup, winning the Rookie of the Year Championship in 2021 and obtaining multiple podium finishes and pole positions. Paley has also participated in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, IMSA Mustang Challenge, and Formula 4 United States Championship. Sam is a graduate of the Skip Barber Racing School and has driving experience at almost every level in the sports car racing paddock. In addition to his racing experience, Sam also graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in Professional Sales and Marketing.
Sam’s primary goal with Paley Motorsport is to provide aspiring race car drivers with clear direction and tangible goals within the racing industry. As Sam grew throughout his racing career, he frequently asked the question, “what’s next?” and many times struggled to find an obtainable solution. Through his knowledge and experience, involvement with teams, and partnerships throughout the paddock, Sam utilizes the bandwidth of Paley Motorsport to help drivers answer that question and further prepare them for the next steps in the sport.
